Paige Richards founded Build Capacity Consulting as a reflection of her core values for education and educators. Her roots in math education sparked her interest in broader adult learning across disciplines. With over 25 years of experience in education and leadership, her work focuses on supporting individuals, schools and districts to strengthen skills and systems. She believes students deserve to have a joyful and intellectually engaging school experience: one that builds on each and every student's strengths. Grounded in experience, research, and reflection, her career as a passionate advocate for children and adults in education drives her mission.

Cognitive Coaching Seminars® are eight-day in-person trainings. The learned skills can be applied to professional interactions with the intention of enhancing self-directed learning. Cognitive Coaching℠ is owned by Thinking Collaborative. Paige is a certified Training Associate for Cognitive Coaching℠.

We all benefit from coaching! One-to-one coaching is designed to be flexible and adaptive to support your unique needs. We specialize in planning, reflection, and problem resolving conversations. Working with a skilled coach will support you to gain clarity, new thinking, and confidence.
